What a long drive!
All the way to Adelaide town and back again. We did bring a little something back though : )
Yes now we have the newest addition to the Rally stable and yea it is an Escort. Quite a nice one at that. Seems to all work and make all the right noises although I am sure the clutch will become easier for the lad as time goes by and the seat is moved back. Such a neat little car and no doubt will stand up to all the punishment that will be dealt out to it (I shall be barred of course. Not sure why I have such a reputation).
Well it was lovely weather and a worry free journey so am quite thankful for that. Look forward to all the further adventures of the new ’scort.

Well not quite to plan really, eh?
There is nothing more frustrating than knowing you were going quite well but if not for all those little problems……………
But I guess there is always going to be some little problems with any new relationship and this appears to hold true even in rallying. But as time passes and these two young lovers (of rallying) continue on down their path together, I’m sure all their dreams will be realized. Quick fix here and there and the car should be right in no time!
What of the new edition to the rallying family? Yes after years of standing on the side-lines in forests all over Victoria, Son of Sik has purchased his first rally car. And what better start than the Legendary Escort! A little nicer than the one I started in but I think it should see good service for a few years. Looking forward to it.
Sweep G?
